📋 These Terms & Conditions represent the legally binding agreement between you and Musllamat Quran
School (Registration No.: 1624081). Please read them carefully before using any of the school's services
or enrolling.
1 Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- “The School” or “We”: musllamat school for teaching the holy
Quran, registered in
the Sultanate of Oman under number (1624081), supervised by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry
and Investment Promotion.
- “Student”: Any individual, male or female, formally enrolled in the school's
educational programs.
- “Guardian”: The parent or legal guardian responsible for a minor student (under
18 years of age).
- “User”: Any person who interacts with the school's services, whether as a
student, guardian, or visitor.
- “Services”: All educational programs, activities, events, and competitions
offered by the school.
- “Quranic Ijazah”: The academic certificate awarded to a student upon completing
the required memorization and recitation standards.
2 Admission & Enrollment
Enrollment at the school is subject to the following conditions:
- Providing accurate and complete personal information for both the guardian and student at the
time of enrollment.
- Submitting a copy of the student's national ID document upon request.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application in accordance with
its internal regulations.
- Information provided at enrollment is considered accurate, and the applicant bears full
responsibility for any misleading information.
- Enrollment becomes effective after admission is confirmed by school management and the guardian
has accepted these Terms & Conditions.
3 Obligations & Code of
Conduct
Students and guardians are expected to:
- Show respect to teachers, administrative staff, fellow students, and other guardians at all
times.
- Take care of the School's facilities, equipment, and educational materials and refrain from
causing any damage.
- Adhere to approved attendance and departure schedules, and notify the School in advance of
any anticipated absence.
- Comply with the behavioural and ethical guidelines set by the School in accordance with
authentic Islamic teachings.
- Report any loss or damage to School property immediately.
- Refrain from photography within School premises or from publishing any content featuring
other students without prior written consent.
- Wear appropriate attire consistent with Islamic standards of modesty within the School.
- Avoid bringing any materials that contradict Islamic values or that may distract other
students.
4 Curriculum & Educational
Programs
The School's educational programs cover the following areas:
- Teaching correct recitation according to approved Tajweed (Quranic phonology) rules.
- Graduated memorization programs ranging from a single Juz' up to the complete Quran.
- Simplified Tafsir (exegesis) of Quranic verses and understanding their meanings.
- Foundational Arabic grammar and morphology to support comprehension of Quranic language.
- Islamic education and the cultivation of Quranic values in daily conduct.
- Enrichment activities including public speaking, recitation performance, leading prayer
(Imamah), and Quranic competitions.
The School reserves the right to modify its curricula, academic schedules, and
programs as it sees fit to best achieve its educational objectives, with timely notification
provided to students and guardians.
5 Fees & Contributions
As a non-profit institution, the school funds its activities through:
- Charitable donations and gifts from benefactors, parents, and the community.
- Returns from the school's dedicated charitable endowment (Waqf).
- Voluntary monthly contributions from families who wish to support the school.
⚠️ Any fees or subscriptions are determined by the school's board of directors and officially
announced before the start of each academic term. Please contact school administration for current

6 Quranic Ijazah &
Certificates
The school issues memorization certificates and Quranic Ijazahs to students who
meet the following requirements:
- Completion of all prescribed academic requirements as determined by the qualified teaching
staff.
- Successful passing of approved assessments in recitation, Tajweed, and memorization.
- Meeting attendance and behavioral discipline standards throughout the study period.
- Confirmation of sound memorization and recitation by the qualified teacher and approval by
school management.
The school reserves the right to grant, defer, or suspend certificates based on
academic and disciplinary assessment results.
7 Absences & Dropout
To ensure educational quality and achieve academic objectives:
- Regular attendance is a fundamental requirement for fully benefiting from the educational
programs.
- Any anticipated absence must be reported to management in advance with the reason stated.
- Repeated unjustified absences may negatively affect the student's performance evaluation and
academic progress.
- The school targets a dropout rate of less than 10% as part of the 2026–2030 strategic plan
objectives.
8 Termination of Enrollment
The school may suspend or terminate a student's enrollment in the following
situations:
- Repeated violations of the school's code of conduct and internal regulations.
- Disruption of general discipline or mistreatment of students or teaching staff.
- Repeated unjustified absences without prior notice.
- Providing misleading or false information during enrollment.
- Any behavior that contradicts the Islamic values the school seeks to instill.
The guardian also has the right to withdraw the student at any time by providing
advance written notice to school management.
9 Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials, curricula, documents, and digital content produced by
the school are the exclusive property of musllamat school for teaching the holy Quran. Without prior
written permission
from management, it is prohibited to:
- Copy, distribute, or publish these materials.
- Use them for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
- Attribute them to another party or modify them without authorization.
Educational materials may only be used for the personal and purely academic
purposes of enrolled students.
10 Liability &
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the school is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to students' personal belongings inside school premises.
- Accidents or injuries resulting from a student's failure to follow prescribed safety
instructions.
- Interruption of educational services due to circumstances beyond the school's control, such as
force majeure or natural disasters.
- Any damages resulting from the misuse of educational materials contrary to instructions.
The guardian undertakes to compensate the school for any damage to its property
caused by the actions of their student.
11 Governing Law & Dispute
Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of
Oman. In the event of any dispute between a user and the school, the following
procedure applies:
- Step 1 – Amicable Settlement: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the
dispute amicably within 30 days of its arising.
- Step 2 – Mediation: If amicable settlement fails, the parties may refer the
matter to a neutral mediator agreed upon by both parties.
- Step 3 – Litigation: If both previous steps fail, the dispute shall be referred
to the competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman.
12 Amendments
The school reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Students and guardians will be notified of any material changes through the school's official
channels with adequate notice before they take effect. Continued use of the school's services after
any amendment constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
