in the Sultanate of Oman. The School provides an inspiring and innovative learning

Pillar 1: The Learning Environment
Overall Goal: Provide a competent teaching staff and develop an
attractive, motivating learning environment.

Raise the competency of teaching and educational staff
Develop infrastructure and facilities to meet modern technology-based education requirements
Develop School-specific academic curricula
Achieve financial sustainability to fund School programs and activities
Implementation Tools
Provide continuous teacher training programs to enhance instructional competency
Appoint a dedicated full-time teacher with the required skills and experience
Develop curricula to cover mastery of recitation, memorization, simplified Tafsir, and Arabic grammar
Adopt modern teaching methods (interactive learning and digital application use)
Complete School setup with the necessary tools, devices, and services
Invest Waqf (endowment) funds and open the door for monthly voluntary contributions

Overall Goal: Raise a Quranic generation that eagerly loves the
Book of Allah — reciting, understanding, applying, and memorising it — while being
disciplined in both faith and conduct.
